Kate Dannenberg is a jeweler and metalsmith living in South Philadelphia. In addition to jewelry, Kate makes useful and decorative objects, grounded in a firm belief in the importance of thoughtful craftsmanship. She is an avid craftsperson, continuously pursuing new materials and opportunities, from building a canoe, to toolmaking, to bookbinding. Direct study of the natural world and formative experiences in wilderness influence the form and texture of her work.
